Its flavor allows us to enjoy the complexity of green and aromatic nuances of this freshly squeezed juice of Hojiblanca olives. Its entrance into the mouth is sweet, appreciating the anterior part of the olive leaf and the herbaceous notes.

Tasting Notes:Extra virgin olive oils from the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties in the Estepa region are harvested early and blended. This oil is produced using a cold extraction method and Oleoestepa's unique special filter, maintaining its freshness. Please enjoy its rich sweetness, elegant retro-nasal aroma, and the exquisite balance of its subtle bitterness and spiciness.

Tasting Notes:With its bright green color, Oro Bailen Picual Bio is an oil with an intense fruity flavor of fresh olives. It has great complexity with an herbaceous and fruity aroma of green banana, almond and green tomato. It is voluminous and well-structured in the mouth, with great expressiveness, sweetness and slight spiciness.

Tasting Notes:Casa Juncal is an outstanding Picual that boasts an intense aroma of green olives and freshly-cut grass. It has highly complex herbaceous and fruity aromas of tomato vine, artichoke, green wheat and almond. In the mouth, this oil surprises with a delicate and sweet initial taste, an almond aftertaste and ends with a pleasant and well-balanced spiciness.
