Tasting Notes:Gold Ridge Organic Farms Arbequina Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% Estate Grown and milled right here on our farm in Sonoma County. It is made with Oregon Tilth Certified Organic California olives. Taut green flavors, particularly chewy green banana, characterize this blend of six Spanish olive cultivars, with hints of wheatgrass, green almond, and green peppercorn.

Tasting Notes:This year’s Andalucian extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Lechin de Sevilla, Coratina, Hojiblanca, Koroneiki, Arbequina & Picual olives.
